How long does hand embroidery take to arrive?
Embroidered pieces are made after each order is placed, since the work is done by hand. Expect 3–7 days for embroidery plus standard shipping — we'll show the exact date at checkout.
What if the size doesn't fit?
15-day easy returns on all pieces. If it's a sizing issue, we cover the exchange shipping both ways.
How is the embroidery done?
Our motifs come from Lucknow's zardozi and chikankari traditions. We use a mix of techniques depending on the design, so we can offer intricate detailing at a price that works — every piece is finished and quality-checked by hand before it ships.
